Lauren Jacobs, also known as The Cheerful Baker,  owns her own cookie decorating company and a subscription box,The Cheerful Box.  Her subscription box provides her  subscribers each month with a  set of custom cookie cutters and a class to coordinate with the cutters.  She recently appeared on the Food Network, competing on the Christmas Cookie Challenge.
